Job Title: HR & Administration Manager
Job Location: Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing routine affairs related to personnel and administration in offices and location sites
- Assisting preparing Management Information System to Head Office
- Maintaining control over security of all company premises
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Administrating all expatriate employees particulars
- Handling Trade Union matters in office and sites on regular basis to ensure smooth functioning and undisturbed environment
- Carrying out disciplinary actions
- Induction for Staff and new recruits
- Preparing payroll and related tasks
- Conducting exit interviews
- Liaising with local / government authorities
- Complying with all employment and labor related laws
- Complying with immigration and labor department requirement related to work permits, visa etc.
- Conductive all administrative duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Master of Science in Human Resource Management is an added advantage
- 10 years overall HR and Administration experience (Minimum 5 years as managerial capacity)
- Strong and Efficient administrative skills and controls
- Man Management
- Should be ready to travel domestically and internationally.
- Should be computer proficient.
