Our Client is a fast growing BTL Advertising Company responsible for some of the most blazing concepts in country.

They are looking to hire a competent and experienced Client Service executive to join the dynamic and innovative team.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Establishing relationships with the clients, maintaining and nurturing business relationships with the existing and new clients with an objective of increasing company revenue by meeting the set targets
  • Assist in public relations and marketing activities
  • Managing key clients by ensuring constant communication
  • Preparing sales contract terms as per client’s needs and discussing the same to customer’s satisfaction after necessary approval
  • Initiate new business by establishing new business contacts by developing thorough knowledge of the clients’ business and market trends
  • Preparing accurate and timely quotations as per the client’s needs
  • Advising the clients on new company products and services
  • Preparing comprehensive and timely reports
  • Implementing the approved sales and marketing strategies
  • Delivery on daily company standards and adhere to service and quality standards
  • Handling any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Requirements
  • A Bachelors degree or diploma in either marketing, PR  or Business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience with a BTL marketing background in a supervisory level
  • Excellent presentation skills, negotiation skills, report writing skills, networking skills and Problem solving skills
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Excellent grooming skills
  • Familiar with social media marketing, events, seminars and organizing trainings
  • Ability to handle competing projects with strict deadlines
  • Person of integrity, innovative and can do attitude
  • Good knowledge in report writing and presentation.
