Our client is the preferred supplier of plastic solutions/ products in Africa.
They seek to hire a Digital Marketing Executive whose main role is to manage the company’s digital content.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Understand Social Media and manage different tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Experienced in Social Media Response, that is capable of responding to & managing online conversations
- Create buzz/ interest in the company products and handle potential negative content
- Experienced in using Social Media to encourage consumers to go to point of purchase locations
- Increasing Followers, Likes, Shares, etc. on social media platforms in a relevant manner
- Translate social media activity to actual sales
- Identify, leverage & implement sources of customer lead generation
- Hold meaningful conversations with leads such as corporate clients, Wholesalers, Distributors, and End- Users via Social Media, Email, Skype, and Google Hangout3
- Pre-Qualify new customers to ensure that they are serious buyers before referring to sales team
- Develop content for traditional & social media marketing, brochures, catalogs,
- Work with graphic designers, photographers to develop high quality content
- Be a Trusted Resource for each product group of the company
- Create information sources that can be shared with customers on how to best install, use and apply our products.
- Develop FAQ’s for customers seeking advice on how to solve certain challenges
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business/ IT/ Communication/ Media etc
- Knowledge and frequent use of Facebook, Twitter, Survey Monkey, Hoot suite, LinkedIn, FixYourFunnel, CRM, Instapage, Split Testing.
- Kenyan and East African digital content exposure
- Presentable, mid-20 to mid-30’s
- Bright, jovial & friendly extrovert personality
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Team player and able to work with minimal supervision
- Flexible and good planning and organization skills
- Good time management skills
- Integrity
