Finance & Administration Assistant

Salary: KShs 35,000 – 45,000
Our client in the retail health industry is looking for a Finance and Administration Assistant.
The main purpose is to assist the accounts department with daily finance responsibilities and handle office administration responsibilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- She/he will provide support to the finance team
- Responsible for verifying invoices, processing payments, ensuring proper supporting documentation is available,
- Managing petty cash,
- Support in preparing monthly financial returns,
- Preparing bank reconciliations reports
- Office / facility management
- Document filing and records keeping
- HR Support and developing various documents like contracts, policies, notices etc
- Ensuring general office and facility cleanliness
- Management of the day to day operations
- Attending to other duties as delegated
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Business related fields
- Minimum of a CPA II
- Excellent MS. Office, internet and accounting software user skills
- 3 years progressive experience in a busy accounts office
- Experience in both Office administration & accounts is highly desirable
- Previous experience with a health facility is a distinct advantage
- Must possess excellent writing, organization and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have high levels of integrity
