Production Supervisor

Requirements

A degree / diploma in Food Science

At least 3 years experience as a production supervisor in a food manufacturing company.

Ability to coordinate production processes from the acquisition of raw materials to packaging.

Ability to organize and arrange for shifts.

Must be a team player and able to influence a workforce positively.

Ability to handle complaints.

Must be able to work with other departments like, Marketing, sales and customer care.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience but between 25K – 40K
