Position: Human Resources Executive
Reporting to: Human Resources Director
Duty Station: Tanzania
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and staffing logistics
- Organizational and space planning
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organization development
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
- Employee orientation, development, appraisal and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Employee relations
- Company-wide committee facilitation
- Company employee communication
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Employee services and counseling
Skills & Experience
- 2 years experience working in a busy HR environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Knowledge of the national labour laws of Tanzania is a must
- Good analytical skills
- Team working and team leadership skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Exposure in the IT industry will be an added advantage
- Additional professional qualification in HR, is an added advantage
