1. The Parliamentary Commission has allocated funds to be used to appoint an Auditor to audit the office of the Auditor General under the terms of reference provided.

2. The Parliamentary Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Parliamentary Commission and inspect the bidding documents at 2nd floor, office 215, south wing between 9:00 am — 5:00pm.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to 2nd floor, office 215, south wing and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50,000 to any URA authorized collection Bank in Uganda.

Potential bidders are advised to pick the bank advice forms from the Parliament cash office located at the basement floor, south wing of the Parliamentary Buildings, room B24. The document will be picked
by hand. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery

6. Bids must be delivered to 2nd floor, office 215, south wing at or before 11:00 am on September 24, 2013.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 8,000,000.

Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2nd floor, south committee room, south wing at 11:10am on September 24, 2013.
