Our client is a secondary school based in Maai Mahiu. They are looking to recruit a Principal to run and administer the affairs of the school.
Location: Maai Mahiu
Responsibilities
- As principal, she shall serve as the school and educational leader responsible for development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of a comprehensive program of educational and student services.
- Administer the programs in accordance with board policies, statutory requirements, administrative rules and regulations, and consistent with school curriculum program.
- Serve as an advocate for the staff, school, and school community as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education degree in related field,
- Must have over 5 years’ experience as a principal in a primary or secondary school
- Must be registered with TSC
- Demonstrate competence and passion in their subject areas,
- Must have experience in teaching KCSE curriculum
