Kay Investment Limited kenya’s official distributor of flormar beauty products is urgently looking to fill the following position

(FMCG – Cosmetics)

Reporting to : CEO

Other Relationships: Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, IT

Job Description

• Proper record keeping (Returns)
• Timeliness in stock release
• In charge of accurate yearly stock taking and stock control
• In charge of stores cleanliness and arrangement

Responsibilities for the Stores Keeper/ Warehouse Manager Job

• Ensuring that there is proper record keeping of all documents including returns
• Preparation of delivery notes
• Preparation of credit notes
• Preparation of orders and accurate stock release
• Advising on expiry dates of products especially the short expiries
• Supervise and ensuring proper arrangement of products at the store
• Ensuring that there is 100% scanning of in stock products
• Monitoring slow moving items at the store and advising your Immediate Supervisor.
• Monitoring stocks/stock levels and raising requisition to Immediate Supervisor
• In charge of stock taking
• Ensuring good Housekeeping and labelling of stocks
• Proper filing of stores documentation.
• Ensuring that all testers are available
• Issuance of staff uniform
• Stock control
• Ensuring maintenance of minimum stock levels
• Ensuring security, easy accessibility of items and prevention of damage

Stores Keeper/ Warehouse Manager Job Qualifications

• Honest
• Energetic and dependable, motivated and results driven
• Very accurate and detailed personnel
• Work with less or no supervision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Diploma/degree in Procurement or any business related course
