Our client in a dairy industry is seeking to hire a hygiene / Admin to join their dedicated team

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Maintain cleanliness in the office
  • Manage calendar for Managing Director
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Maintain office supplies for department
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the relevant field
  • Having worked in a Dairy/Bottling/FMCG is an added advantage
