Job Title: Mall Supervisor

To this end, we are looking for an individual who will maintain all our business premises situated in Malls
 

Job Purpose
  • Generally oversee the management, operations, and specialty leasing, marketing and financial aspects of all our business Premises situated In Malls.
  • This position calls for an individual with the ability to work collaboratively with on-site personnel, property managers and landlords regarding requests, complaints or any problems. Identifying and deploying best practices, as well as the ability to manage and perform to the best interest of the business.
  • Maximize efficiency and profitability in all areas of the operation, including mechanical systems, preventative property maintenance and government regulations, cost control, general and public safety, assisting with forecasting of property expenses and preparing operation reports.
  • You will identify and initiate any process improvements for all current property systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness and integrity of all areas of buildings, systems and equipment for all property users.
  • Implement Risk Management and Emergency Planning procedures, prepare team to respond in emergency and crisis situations.
  • Have thorough knowledge of area market including all competitive properties and area demographics.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of involvement in community affairs representing both the property’s interest and the interest of the business.
  • Enforce all tenant lease requirements
  • Establish an effective working relationship with all tenants and landlords.
  • Execute new and renewal leases to meet or exceed client objectives
  • Direct activities of specialty leasing function to optimize temporary tenant and cart occupancy to maximize revenue
  • Monitor the collections of all rents and execute appropriate collection process
  • Conduct full property inspections on a regular basis. Maintain effective general and preventative maintenance programs
  • Identify and controls the physical safety and liability concerns.
  • Provide input to Marketing Department on programs and signage.
  • Review standard provisions of all lease agreements, ensure compliance with operational agreements, Tuskys responsibilities and governmental regulations
  • Help maintain all State and County required reports and safety documentation.
  • Understand utility rate structures as well as analyze and monitor utility consumption
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business.
  • 4 years of experience in commercial property management portfolio, preferably retail assets or shopping center assets.
