Competencies for the Graphic Designer Job

• The Person Will be Engaged in creating designs and digital printing using a diverse set of software.
• Be honest,trustworthy and reliable
• Be punctual and time conscious
• Have a open mind and ready to learn
• Be a quick learner
• Be creative
• Be able to take instructions and implement them correctly
• Be capable of adhering to flexible working hours(especially weekends)
• Be willing to travel and work within and outside Nairobi
• Be capable of working under minimum supervision
• Be capable of fitting into a formal office environment

Qualifications for the Graphic Designer Job

• Have experience working with Adobe Suite Products like CS6 and other related graphic design software
• Be fluent to speak and write in Swahili and English
• Have at least 3 years of Graphic Design experience in a busy environment
• Understand digital printing procedures
• Posses a Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design
• Have experience working with Konica Minolta Bizhub printers
• Additional technical training in graphic design will be an added advantage
• Have a portfolio of designs for projects undertaken in the last 3 months
• Be ready to undertake a practical graphic design test during interview
