Our client, an International Manufacturing Company, whose core business is to manufacture and distribute PCs and other electronic products is looking to recruit a Country Manager.
The ideal candidate MUST have 10 years experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the organization in terms of commercial development, operational and financial results.
  • Implementation of the digital school project in relation with the GOK.
  • Takes on full P&L accountability of the affiliate/subsidiary.
  • Defines and implements annual budget plans and provides regular reports to the headquarters.
  • Develops a successful commercial development strategy for the country.
  • Coordinates and develops all departments and ensures operational and strategic goals are achieved.
  • Coordinates the logistics operations, including warehousing activities.
  • Develop both new businesses & current accounts through business development research to create growth in sales.
  • Represents the company externally with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and business partners/allies.
  • Develops and implements internal systems for logistics, commercial and financial information flows in cooperation with headquarters.
Qualifications
  • MBA will be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or in engineering or equivalent.
  • 10 years of experience in profit centre management with business development expertise.
  • General business development experience and specific in-country business development experience.
  • An English native, Kiswahili native, Spanish (is a plus).
  • Critical thinking.
  • Judgment and decision making.
  • Management of personnel resources..
  • Negotiation.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 600,000/= (Approx. 6,000 USD)
