Our client is a leading tea manufacturing company in Kenya and a subsidiary of a multination company.
They are looking to hire a Brand Executive to be based in Nairobi and Mombasa.

Duties and Responsibilities
- To be a true brand leader to develop and implement brand strategy and plans on ongoing basis
- To ensure their brand is winning against the competition and delivering on its full year growth targets, using competitive analysis and market research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Manage and grow brands through brand-driven activation, renovation of the core portfolio and brilliant implementation of innovation platforms
- Achieve brand share and profitable growth targets through translation of brand & marketing plans into market-implementation and customer plans
- Events planning, execution and evaluation to represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Coordination and execution of brand and marketing activities
- To focus on brand growth and customer retention
- To work closely with internal and external designers to produce materials of visual impact and within our brand guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Business degree or Diploma in related field.
- Must be computer literate.
- 2 years’ experience in a busy commercial environment.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be very good in content writing
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management
- Excellent command of the English language
Salary Budget: Kshs. 40,000 – 50,000 Gross and other additional benefits
