Job Title: Field Sales Executives – Kayole

Our client partners with financial institutions to offer psychometric credit scoring to enable them assess and predict credit risk in lending.
They seek to hire a field sales executive who will be attached to the participating financial institutions in Nairobi.
The successful candidates will work closely with branch-level credit officers, communicating directly with bank customers, as reporting daily to the direct manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients
- Introduce and explain the psychometric credit score application to all clients meeting the eligibility criteria
- Ensure that all applicants go to the identified agents to pre apply for the loan.
- Offer required support on the psychometric credit scoring application
- Ensure that all completed psychometric credit scoring applications are uploaded and add identification numbers on Bank’s application forms
- Return at the end of the day all pre applications to the Branch to continue with the Loan Process
- Follow up with Loan Officers and Pre Applicants on disbursements
Qualification and Skills desired
- A Diploma/ degree in business related field
- Fluency in Swahili and English
- Direct sales experience preferred and familiarity with Kayole
- Customer Service skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Good communication Skills
- Excellent ability to maintain good client relations
