We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the following positions

Position: Intern – Credit Department
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communicate to the member on any missing information or document.
  • Informing members on the status of their loan applications by phone and email.
  • Answering members queries on loan products and status of loan applications.
  • Advising individual members on deductions for new loans, and loans that have been cleared as guided by the Loans Officer.
  • To carry out other tasks as reasonably directed by the Loans Officer.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications and experience:
  • Minimum KCSE C plain
  • Diploma in Co-operative Management/Credit Management and related field.
  • Good working knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft office packages
  • Experience in a Financial institution is an added advantage
Position: Temporary ICT Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To contribute to the smooth operation of the Sacco’ ICT network and other ICT equipment, as directed by the ICT Manager. This includes commissioning new equipment, repairing and maintaining existing equipment such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, projectors, servers, switches and other computer equipment.
  • Provide technical support to system users.
  • Maintain the ICT equipment register, to provide a detailed analysis of equipment replacement needs and central ICT resourcing.
  • To install and configure software as required by staff and where this is new software to ensure that it is appropriately licensed.
  • To uphold all Sacco’s policies, especially those regarding ICT.
  • To update the website & ensure it is interactive with updated content as directed by the ICT Manager
  • To carry out other tasks as reasonably directed by the ICT Manager.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications and experience:
  • Minimum KCSE C plain
  • Diploma in ICT, IMIS,Telecommunication and related field.
  • Degree in ICT, IMIS,Telecommunication, and experience in web design will be an added advantage.
Position: Intern-Administration
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect and dispatch organizational mails
  • Payment of utility bills and statutory deductions
  • Filing of statutory deduction returns
  • Collect and deliver any Sacco items upon request
  • Assist in registry activities as directed by the Supervisor.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications and experience:
  • Minimum KCSE C plain
  • Diploma in Business Management/Office Management and related field.
  • Must have a valid driving licence (BCE)
  • Two years’ experience in driving and in a similar position
