Associate Trainer (E-Learning Solutions)

Job Profile: Our client, an E-learning solutions company is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Trainer to execute its training strategy for its E-learning solutions across Kenya.
Currently operating in over 24 countries across the globe, the company’s turnkey E-Learning platforms have revolutionized the growth and adoption of E-learning globally.
The successful candidate will train users at higher learning institutions in Kenya (Universities & Colleges) on the optimal use and adoption of the E-learning softwares and solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement the company’s training strategy across Kenya for its e-learning platforms
- Preparation and delivery of E-learning trainings across higher learning institutions
- Training planning, execution, and evaluation
- Coordinating trainings across different institutions using the company’s e-learning platforms
- Prepare and submit accurate training reports to head office
- Liaise with other departments to ensure client needs are addressed
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 3 years of corporate training experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience executing E-learning trainings
- Experience in technical presentation in a corporate environment
- Experience in training groups on pre-scripted material.
- Ability to communicate in English and local language.
- Technical awareness or background in E-learning solutions
- Ability to communicate in English and local language in Kenya (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently
- Team Player with problem solving skills
