Our client, a below the line marketing company is looking for a Training Officer to work closely with the Management Team to build and grow its own brand and the brand of its clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Recruitment
  • Assist in the recruitment of agents that will implement designed programs.
  • Participate in interviewing agents.
Training
  • Train all agents on the processes of delivery to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Retrain the agents where necessary.
  • Tailor the training to ensure agents are well prepared and equipped for the campaigns.
Performance
  • Work very closely with the Project Manager to monitor overall performance of the agents.
  • Review the performance of the agents to ensure they are in line with the set objectives.
  • Apply interventions where necessary to help the agents with areas of their struggle with the goal to achieve set objectives.
  • Identify and close all deliverable gaps caused by agent’s shortcomings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of University degree
  • Must have experience in Training and recruitment
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in BTL field activities
  • Sales experience would be an added advantage
