Factory Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate shall provide positive leadership and management of the factory operations by setting a clear direction, so that all employees are aware of the relevance and importance of their individual activities in contributing to overall quality objectives.
The candidate shall be expected to overall manage the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, Health and safety, environmental management system, operational processes and records systems in line with the company requirements
The ideal candidate must have the following minimum requirements;
- A graduate of Bsc. Food Science & Technology / Dairy Technology / Engineering from a recognized University. Possession of an MBA degree shall be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, with a successful track record of distinguished leadership in senior management position,preferably in FMCG environment.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Dairy industry.
- Must have over 10 years experience in Dairy Production, planning and project management with a successful track record of distinguished leadership.
- Ability to make and execute strategic management decisions – Must possess analytical reasoning and system thinking
- Strong organizational & planning abilities, Leading, Coordination and control, People management, Good communication
Quality Assurance Manager
Reporting to the Factory Manager the person will be primarily responsible for ensuring that our Products meet the desired standards.
He/she will monitor production processes such that they are carried out according to the approved methods and sanitary conditions and that packed milk and other dairy products processed achieve best quality standards and clients specifications
The ideal candidate must have the following minimum requirements;
- BSC Degree in Dairy Technology/Food Science & technology
- At least 5 years experience in senior level Quality Assurance management with a food processor (preferably dairy)
- Self-motivated individuals with good attention to details, able to make decisions, handle grievances and solve problems with confidence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
