Purpose: Reporting to the Revenue Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for debt management to ensure that collection targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of customer accounts;
- Debt collection;
- Supporting the sales team and debt collectors with the relevant information;
- Preparation of debt management reports on time;
- Handling client queries and responding on time.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:
- Business related degree;
- CPA Part II;
- At least 5 years debt management experience;
- Proven track record of debt collection;
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities;
- Good client relationships management & engagement; and
- Excellent communication analytical and reporting skills.
