Law Firm Conveyancing Advocate (Mombasa) and Personal Assistant Jobs recruitment in Kenya 2015

A law firm seeks to recruit the following:-
 
1) Conveyancing Advocate – Mombasa Office
The ideal candidate should: –
  • Have at least 2 years post Admission working experience in a busy Law firm.
  • Have a current Practicing Certificate.
  • The Conveyancing Advocate should be ready to work and be stationed in Mombasa.
  • Be proactive, self motivated and aggressive.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to work in a team.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have ability to handle pressure.• Have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
2) Personal Assistant
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 2-5 years’ experience as a PA
  • Possessing good communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented, well-organized, courteous, conscientious, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency in completing the tasks assigned.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
  • Good working attitude, mature personality, team player and able to work under a minimum supervision.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
