Our client is a new company entering into the beverage sector by introducing a well-known international brand with a strong heritage in the market.
Though new in the market, those behind the company; the management and recently recruited team have the necessary passion, experience and goodwill in the beverage industry.
Leveraging on these strengths the company is confident of making an immediate impact in Kenya with plans of expanding into the E. Africa region shortly thereafter.
To achieve this ambitious goal they are looking to strengthen their team by recruiting a Key Accounts Sales Executive
Job Purpose: The position entails working closely with the identified key accounts to ensure that the brand makes an impact as quickly as possible
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve set volume targets
- Identify and recruit new outlets
- Ensure product availability and visibility
- Cultivate a mutually beneficial relationship with the key accounts
- Gather competitor intelligence and provide useful insights from the information
- Collect monies owed
- Implement sales promotion programmes
- Prepare reports as laid down
- Work closely with other partners such as direct marketing agencies to ensure the growth of the brand
- Any other duties assigned by the company
Requirements
Our client is looking for persons who would like to be part of a passionate and dedicated team who are looking to build a career through hard work, continuous learning and an open mind.
If you possess the following our client is looking for you:
- University Degree with a bias to marketing or economics or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years relevant experience in key accounts sales
- Hold a clean and valid driver’s licence
- Between 25-30 years
