DUMA Works is building a world-class job matching system and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated content manager to help us get there.
As a content manager at Duma Works you’ll play a crucial role in the job matching team, where you’ll be responsible for making our screening test process world-class.
You’ll take lead on creating, procuring and curating all of our test content, research the latest in skills, personality and behavioral testing and make sure we constantly improve the way we do things.
Tasks
- Setup content procurement process
- Operatively create screening tests to be used by our systems/staff
- Reviewing procured screening tests to make sure they’re significant and unbiased
- Decide what type of test is necessary for what type of job
- Learn about and understand the industries Duma works with
- Work together with other Duma teams to create a better screening process
Requirements
- Project management experience
- Background in HR/psychology
- Experienced interviewer
