Oil & Gas Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for the sale of oil & gas to potential global clients
- Working with Senior Management to develop sales and marketing strategy, including budget setting
- Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
- Representing company at various trade shows, exhibitions, conferences etc.?
- Sales visits to customers to ensure the right level of support along with the products they require.
- Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Develop sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.?
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.?
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.?
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Coordinate and lead the preparation and presentation of bids and proposals in conjunction with the existing sales, engineering and project teams.?
- Help develop business contacts and sales opportunities in new market areas??
- Supervise planning, procurement, logistics, pre-qualification and pre-production tests and project execution.?
- Assist in the preparation of bids in support of Company proposals
Education / Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Marketing ?
- Experience in business development, tendering and sales in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in the renewable industry?
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry ?
- Good Communication & Presentation skills
