Title: Workshop in Charge
Reports to: Head of Engineering
Area: Foot wear Division
Job Purpose: To supervise workshop staffs, take care of maintenance activities, Implement Preventive Maintenance plan as per the schedule and New Project work.

Key Accountabilities
- Planning and monitoring work within the workshop.
- Understand manufacturing and assembly jobs.
- Ensure and create a safe working Environment for the Staff and the Machineries.
- Ensure a supportive environment and a workplace that challenges and motivate the conditions conducive to learning.
- Day to day management of workshop staff.
- Assist in the planning, designing and delivering of new products.
- Provide a well-run and maintained workshop.
- Continue the ongoing development of the workshop facility.
- Develop and deliver work methods and standards that will ensure health and safety.
- Ensure that all persons are aware of safety procedures and embed a strong organisational culture-seeking to develop a positive attitude to health and safety and among staff.

Guidelines:- Decision Making:- Should have fast decision making in breakdowns, and co-ordinate the work.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Qualifications:- Diploma in workshop management or equivalent working experience. same field
Minimum Experience:- 5years
Skills:-
- A thorough understanding of and experience with machining and fitting techniques.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skill to motivate people.
- Proven record of ability to manage time and work to strict deadlines.
Competencies:
- Good Communications in English
- Leadership skill.
