Our client, an International Manufacturing firm, is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with firm leadership skills and abilities and knowledge in the paint industry.
Key duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise all industrial sales
- Analyze all requirements of individual market areas and recommend strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Analyze all market trends and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction
- Develop an implement various sales programs to facilitate sales and assist to retain customers to organization
- Execute various market strategies to reach all budget objectives and provide support to all teams and ensure compliance to all customer standards
- Analyze all information and ensure confidentiality for same and ensure compliance to all management activities.
- Prepare reports for all competitor sales activities and maintain knowledge of all state and federal regulations.
Skills and Qualification Required
- A Degree or Diploma in sales & marketing, or business related course.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Must have worked in the paint industry
- Must have sold paint products.
- 5 years work experience.
- Proactive, motivated and aggressive personality
