Tato Auto Spares is a well established and rapidly growing company based in Nairobi Kenya, dealing in motor vehicle spare parts and has a leading presence in other east African countries.
The company invites applications from suitably qualified and highly motivated individuals to fill the following positions based in Nairobi.
Field Salesmen
- Proficiency in both English and Swahili (spoken & written)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Be willing to travel around Kenya
- Experience in field sales and marketing will be an added advantage
- Be willing to work odd hours.
- Directly responsible for the related region’s sales
- Promote and market the brand
- Explore the new sales regions and customers
- Assist related departments to accomplish special tasks.
- Conducting market research.
Customer Service Executives
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Swahili (spoken & written)
- Diploma/degree in sales or marketing will be an added advantage
- Good at mathematics
- Excellent computer skills and fast in typing
- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales or marketing / customer care position
Duties
- Office computer works
- Communicate with customers.
- Process the order in the system according to the customers’ requirement
- Record the customers’ complain and requirement.
Product & Marketing Assistants
- Proficiency in both English and Swahili (spoken & written)
- Fast learner
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Keen to detail and excellent in data analysis
Duties
- Handling computer data input and analysis
- Data anaylsis
- Handle marketing and promotion.
- Market data collection.
- Handling product complains
