PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To perform all administrative tasks pertaining to SKU printing and claims by acting as a link between finance, suppliers, distribution centres, buyers and central office. Ensure correct barcodes appear on all printed tickets.
KEY OUTPUTS:
• Administration of claims
• Liaise with suppliers, distribution centres and buying departments to ensure correct bar-codes on tickets
• Ticket printing administration
• Creating claims and penalties
• Gather information and compile reports on non-compliance
• Administration of blue seal samples
• Processing and codifying invoices from processing companies
• General administration
• Ad hoc duties
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accountancy
• Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage
• 2 Years clerical experience
• Computer literate: MS Office (Excel)
• Competencies required: Problem assessment; Detail orientation; Service orientation; Communication; Stress Tolerance and Confidence and decisiveness
