JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
CARE International in Rwanda is seeking to recruit a Project _Manager for its project named “Financial Inclusion for Out of school Adolescent Girls” to be based in HUYE District.
Minimum Qualification required:
- Rwandan nationality
- Minimum bachelors’ degree in economics, Social studies, education or relevant area for girl’s empowerment
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in economic empowerment of poor people
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in child protection
- Minimum of one year working experience in girls’ leadership/empowerment
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management including managing and directly supervising staff
- Proven knowledge and understanding of OVC in Rwandan context
- Proven experience in curriculum design .
- Theoretical and practical skills in Right based-approach and Gender approaches, theoretical and practical skills
- Strong report writing skills
- Fluent communication skills in English, French as well as Kinyarwanc1a,
- Experience in girl-centered programming approach”Will be an advantage
