Job Description:

We are looking for qualified individuals to work as Medical Sales Representatives. They will be in charge and will oversee the company’s operations in their designated sales territories. They will report directly to the Marketing Director. Their remuneration will be performance-based.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year experience working in Medical Sales with reputable medical distribution company in and/or around Tanzania
• Should have attained at least a Medical Certificate at any level (certificate, diploma, degree, etc)
• Must have proper sales knowledge.
• They should be able to push sales to achieve set targets.
• Must have the ability to acquire new clients as well as retain the existing clients.
• Should be ready to travel frequently; the qualified candidates will be based in Dar es Salaam, but will also frequent various regions of the country every month.
• Should have strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong networking skills and working experience with bulk buyers (e.g. MSD, Government departments, military, NGOs, UN etc)
• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to plan and prepare reports
• Upcountry based sales representatives are also encouraged to apply
• CVs should be backed by 3 strong references
• Should be computer literate (use of laptops, Office Suite, internet, websites and social media)
