We are looking to recruit for this position to be based in Somalia / Somaliland Country Office (Nairobi) with minimum travel to the field.
Consultancy: Moving from humanitarian aid to safety nets in urban Puntland
The purpose of the consultancy is to design a potential safety net program for urban areas of Puntland.
- To examine the prevailing humanitarian context and levels of vulnerability of urban Puntland amongst distinct groups
- To conduct an study on current humanitarian support that links to safety net programming
- To design a project concept that could be piloted in Qardo and then potentially scaled up into other areas of Puntland
