Hotel Manager Wanted Urgently
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that approved policies and procedure are adhered to and maintained
Investigate and resolve food quality, employee, and service complaints
Inspecting dining area and ensure cleanliness, organization and dining area courtesy
Analyze and recognize deficiency or problems areas and provide solutions to achieve desired results

Maintains adequate inventory to ensure adequate quantities are maintained and minimize waste

Completing required paper work and recording transaction
Responsible to ensure smooth operations exists in assigned area including: Staffing, inventory, quality assurance and customer service.
Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standard are adhered to.
Maintain budget and employee records, pay bills and monitor book keeping records
May use computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules and pay and perform other record keeping tasks
Job Specification
  • At least a degree in hotel management from a recognized University
  • Have a minimum of 3 years hands on experience in a managerial position.
  • Clear understanding of the hotel industry
  • A good understanding of the market and the ability to  identify  opportunities and threats
  • Proven track record in business management and development
  • Excellent skills in planning and financial management
