Supply, Installation & Commissioning of ERP Hardware and Software for the Office of the Auditor General

1. The Office of the Auditor-General invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of ERP Hardware and Software for the Office of the Auditor-General.

2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Office of the Auditor General and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during official working hours

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before: 10th September 2013. Bids need to be  secured by a bid security. The amount of Bid Security required is Kenya Shillings Five Million denominated in Kenya shillings or in a freely convertible currency in the form of a bank guarantee or an irrevocable letter of credit from a reputable bank in the tenderer’s country.

5. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10.00 a.m. East African Time on 10th September 2013 at the Office of the Auditor-General offices, 4th Floor Boardroom Anniversary Towers, University Way, Nairobi.

6. The attention of prospective Bidders is drawn to the fact that they will be required to certify in their bids that all software is either covered by a valid license or was produced by the Bidder

7. Bids should be submitted in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked:

BID NO: OAG 2/2013-2014: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of ERP Hardware and Software for the Office of the Auditor General and placed in the Tender Box situated at office of the Auditor-General’s Office, 8th floor Anniversary Towers or mailed so as to reach the above address on or before Tuesday, 10th September 2013, at 10.00am East African Time.
