Food and Beverage Controller
Ref: FBC – JCS
Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, this position will be responsible for ensuring planning and supervision of the daily operation of the cost control office, food and beverages stores, receiving and purchasing departments, through guiding and concerned personnel the execution of their assigned tasks and duties.
- Kenya Certificate Secondary School Education (KCSE)
- Advanced certificate/Diploma in Food and Beverage
- 3 years’ experience especially in busy high end coffee houses /restaurants environments.
Other Competencies
- High sense of responsibility
- High level of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Good interpersonal skills.
