Associate, Corporate Finance and Strategy
Due to anticipated engagements, future expansion plans, and in order to implement our strategy, Rose Avenue Consulting Group (www.racg.co.ke) RACG an emerging financial services advisory firm has an immediate opening for an Associate to work on the corporate finance and strategy consulting side of our business.
Roles and responsibilities
This is a middle level consulting position in the organization with a potential to rise to director level.
Specific roles include:
- Provision of innovative corporate finance consulting services
- Consultancy and advisory in all financial related area
- Provision of decision support services
- Consulting in strategy development
- Consulting in organizational development and change management
Qualification, experience and skills
- Degree in social sciences or pure sciences from a recognized university. A master’s degree with a bias to strategy will be an added advantage
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
- At least 5 years experience in a similar consulting position or 5 years’ experience in an organisation that works with robust financial models
- Strategic thinking capacity, excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to construct high end presentations and write world class spreadsheets
- Dedicated and motivated individual who puts the client first
