Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting clear achievable targets, objectives and developing practical plans to achieve those targets
• Visiting existing customers to maintain business and acquire new customers and business opportunities as well as building relationship with new clients
• Managing available resources efficiently to meet the goals within the set time frame
• Managing and monitoring customers to ensure they are sustained by providing continuous contribution to production
• Preparing regular reports on the performance of the team and identifying plans of action
• Handling the inquiries from existing and new clients and providing details about the products offered by them over the phone or via e-mail
• Preparing monthly sales reports and submitting the same to the senior level management
• Organizing seminars and presentations to explain key points to the sales team
• Maintaining database of sales met and planning strategies for sale enhancement
• Attending product promotional events to develop new contacts and meetings of marketing and sales teams

• Bachelor / Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Related field
• A minimum of 2 years experience in sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Persuasion and negotiating skills
• High level of integrity
