Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Private Investigation Consultant Services

1. Central Bank of Kenya (“CBK”) is a body corporate established under Article 231 of the Constitution of Kenya, primarily charged with formulation of monetary policy, promotion of price stability, issuance of currency and other functions conferred by the Central Bank of Kenya Act.

i) Private and Commercial Investigation services;

ii) Tracing of Persons and Assets services; and

iii) Other ancillary services

2. Interested firms will be required to provide information indicating their incorporation or registration status, qualifications, capabilities, pricing model and details of past experience of up to 3 similar assignments undertaken in the last five years and the names and contacts of clients experience in similar conditions.

3. CBK will prepare a shortlist of firms to whom the Request for Proposals will be distributed.

Complete Expressions of Interest documents (original and two (2) copies) should be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope and clearly marked and labeled “EOI for Investigative Services” and addressed to:

and be deposited in the Green Tender Box No. 3 on Ground Floor, Central Bank of Kenya so as to be received on or before 13th August, 2013.

The submitted Expressions of Interest will be opened immediately thereafter.

CBK reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs.
