Development of Platform for Real – Time Monitoring of Water Point Data in Kenya and Ethiopia

Oxfam RC is inviting bids from qualified suppliers, both local and international, for the development of a platform for Real-Time monitoring of water point data in Kenya and Ethiopia.
Only bidders with the following qualities will be considered:
- Demonstrated experience in developing mobile phone based applications
- Demonstrated experience in the development of real-time remote monitoring applications
- Experience in development of dynamic content driven enterprise web application
The tender documents including specifications for submission are available from Monday 05/08/2013 to Friday 16/08/2013, between 9.00am – 12.30pm and 2.00pm – 4.30pm from our office at address given below. Bidders unable to collect the documents may send an email to hecarequisition@oxfam.org.uk requesting for the documents.
The deadline for submitting completed tender bids is 4.00pm on Friday 23/08/2013.
Completed qualification documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes marked TENDER COMMITTEE (PLATFORM FOR REAL-TIME MONITORING) and placed in the tender box that will be kept at our reception on third floor of The Atrium building. International bidders may send their documents by courier so as to be received by 4.00pm Friday 23/08/2013
