Our client, an undisputed leader in TV entertainment and communication services has an opening for National Sales Manager.
 
Roles and responsibilities
To be in charge of Sales in the region
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for each territory.
Implementing sales programs by developing field sales team action plans.

To supervise a very large national sales team

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other responsibilities assigned to
 
Qualification, experience and skills
  • Degree in marketing or social sciences from a recognized institution. Anadvanced degree will be an added advantage.
  • At least 5year’s all round experience in a similar position preferably in FMCG.
  • Strategic thinking capacity, excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to work effectively and lead a very large sales team
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Dedicated and motivated individual
