Formulation of County Government Laws

The County Government is in the process of developing the following County LAWS to facilitate implementation of County Government functions as enumerated in the Fourth Schedule of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.

1. County Land Survey and Mapping Bill

2. County Physical Planning Bill

3. County Valuation and Rating Bill

5. County Development Authority Bill

6. County Wildlife Management Bill

7. Ward Development Fund Bill

Laikipia County residents, professionals, private sector, NGOs, FBOs, interest groups and members of the public are hereby requested to submit policy or legislative proposals in regard to the above  mentioned laws to
